Telehealth
Please note- For Telehealth appointments you must have had a face-to-face appointment in the last 12 months to be eligible. Please call the practice to book in your next telehealth consultation. Find more information on telehealth here.
Cancellations/ Failure to attend
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a $20 fee, this will need to be paid before your next appointment can be booked. We require a minimum two hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment so that we may offer your appointment to another patient in need. Repeat offenders may be declined appointment opportunities in the future.
Please note if you are running more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may be charged a failure to attend fee.

Vaccinations
If you wish to book your COVID-19, FLU or any other vaccination appointment, we kindly ask that you ring reception to do so as we have dedicated time slots for these throughout the week. We are working on updating our online bookings system and hope to have online vaccine appointments soon.
Please note – You cannot get a COVID-19 vaccine and Flu shot on the same day. You can have your flu vaccine before of after you COVID vaccine, as long as you wait 14 days.
